NOCAP Sports: Webflow development for a college sports platform

NOCAP Sports connects universities, brands and athletes in college sports. They gave us their design, and we built it in Webflow: a page for each audience and a news room their team runs.
Client: NOCAP Sports · Industry: College sports · What we did: Webflow build, from their design · Platform: Webflow · Timeline: 19 Oct 2025 to 13 Jan 2026 · Live: January to June 2026, now in the Web Archive

About the client

NOCAP Sports connects universities, brands, alumni, fans and athletes in college sports. It was founded in 2020 and raised a $2.5M seed round in November 2021, led by Florida Funders, four years before our build. Nicholas Lord is the CEO. NOCAP has since moved to a newer site built by another team.

The challenge

One platform with three audiences, and a design that had to be matched exactly.
Three audiences. Universities, brands and athletes each needed their own pages, content and next step.
A moving first screen. The hero had to cycle through all three audiences smoothly, without custom code.
A long logo list. Partner logos had to scroll in a loop, with no gaps or jumps.
An exact match. Every page had to match their design on desktop, tablet and phone.

What we did

Build their design, page by page

We built seven pages in Webflow: Home, Universities, Brands, Athletes, About, News Room and Contact.
We matched the design they gave us on every page and every screen size: desktop, tablet and phone.

Speak to three audiences on one screen

The first screen reads “NOCAP Sports is for” and swaps the last word: Universities, Brands, Athletes.
Three buttons under it name what each audience gets: revenue for universities, return for brands, earnings for athletes.
Further down, the home page gives each audience its own block, For Universities, For Brands and For Athletes, each with a link to its page.

Give each audience its own page

Universities, Brands and Athletes each got their own page, layout and content, one for each NOCAP service: NOCAP Revenue, NOCAP Influence and NOCAP Talent.
A partner logo row scrolls on a loop, with no gaps or jumps.

Hand the news room to the team

The News Room runs on the Webflow CMS, so NOCAP publishes press releases and articles without a developer.
The latest articles also show on the home page, under “NOCAP knows college sports”.
A login button in the menu takes users to the platform.

Scope

Included:
Webflow build of seven pages, from their design.
Responsive build for desktop, tablet and phone.
The hero word cycle, built without custom code, and the looping partner logo row.
The News Room on the Webflow CMS.
Not included:
Design. NOCAP provided the design; we built it.
The NOCAP platform behind the login button.
Content. Their team writes the news and articles.
Their current site. It was built later by another team.

Results

Seven pages, built from their design and live from January to June 2026.
The Web Archive keeps copies of our build from 18 January to 18 June 2026.
NOCAP’s team ran the News Room in the CMS, without a developer.
“Working with Kazi was great, and we’re very pleased with the outcome.” Nima Nejad, Chief Creative Officer, NOCAP Sports

What we’d improve next

If we picked the build up again, we would recommend:
Filter the News Room by audience. As the list of stories grows, a filter for universities, brands and athletes helps each reader find their own news.
Turn partner stories into case pages. Stories like the Seminole Business Network launch could become short case pages, with results for each audience.
Track each audience path. Measure clicks on the three first-screen buttons and tag contact forms by audience, so the team sees who the site brings in.

Working on something similar?

I design websites in Figma and build them in Framer or Webflow, so your team can edit every page without a developer. Message me here on Contra with your site or Figma file, and I’ll reply with a plan and a fixed price.

We built NOCAP’s design in Webflow: one page each for universities, brands and athletes, and a news room their team ran itself.
