Axon Park: Website design and Framer build for an AI learning company

Axon Park builds AI learning platforms, including the Fronterra app for kids, and we designed and built a company website for it in Framer. The site stayed on staging: Axon Park later launched a different site of their own, which is not our design.
Client: Axon Park · Industry: AI learning, EdTech · What we did: Designed and built · Platform: Framer · Status: Staging only, not launched

About the client

Axon Park builds interactive learning platforms with AI. It makes Fronterra for kids, Nexera for workforce learning, and Curiosity Engine. It was founded in January 2019 by Alistair Hume and Taylor Freeman.

The challenge

Axon Park sells to very different buyers, from families to employers, under one company name.
Three products, one brand. Fronterra, Nexera and Curiosity Engine each have their own audience, and the company site had to hold all three.
Many kinds of buyer. The site speaks to families and schools, universities and colleges, workforce programs and public institutions.
A product you have to see. Interactive 3D learning is hard to explain in words alone.
A demo is the main next step. Booking one had to be one click away on every page.

What we did

Three products under one name

The menu lists the three products, Fronterra, Curiosity Engine and Nexera, next to Solutions, Careers and About.
The first screen says what the company does: “Learning platforms for the new generation.”
Right under it, a strip invites visitors to explore Fronterra, the flagship platform for children aged 8 to 14.

Products shown as products

A “platform-first approach to learning” section gives each product its own card, with Fronterra shown on a tablet.
Each card names three features, such as immersive 3D play worlds and smart adaptive gameplay.

A place for every kind of buyer

A “Who We Serve” section lists Families and Schools, Universities and Colleges, Workforce Programs and Public Institutions.
Four short points back the line “Built for engagement. Grounded in research. Designed for impact.”

A demo booking on every page

“Book a Demo” sits in the menu on every page and again in the closing section.
A short contact form, “Have a question or idea”, sits near the foot of the main pages.
About, Careers, Press and Contact pages cover the company side.

Scope

Included:
Website design.
Framer build of the home page and the company pages: About, Careers, Press and Contact.
Desktop and phone layouts.
Not included:
Launch on the real domain: the build stayed on staging.
The site now live on axonpark.com: Axon Park launched it on their own, and it is not our design.
The learning products: Fronterra, Nexera and Curiosity Engine are Axon Park’s own apps.

Results

The design and the Framer build were finished and published to staging.
The site did not go live. Axon Park later launched a different site of their own.
We also designed and built the Fronterra website for Axon Park, and that site is live.

What we'd improve next

Add proof from real programs. Short stories from schools and employers that use the platforms would show buyers what changes.
Give each product its own page. Fronterra, Nexera and Curiosity Engine each need screens, who it is for and one clear next step.
Carry Fronterra’s two paths over. Send families to the free download and schools to a demo, the same split the Fronterra site uses.

Working on something similar?

I design websites in Figma and build them in Framer or Webflow, so your team can edit every page without a developer. Message me here on Contra with your site or Figma file, and I'll reply with a plan and a fixed price.
