Freehold Wealth: Website design and Framer build for a property lender
Freehold Wealth is a non-bank lender and investment manager in Brisbane, Australia. We designed and built its website in Framer, with a first step for investors, one for borrowers, and a page for every recent deal.
Client: Freehold Wealth · Industry: Property finance, private credit · What we did: Designed and built · Platform: Framer · Year: 2026 · Live: freeholdwealth.com.au
About the client
Freehold Wealth connects wholesale investors with property loans along Australia’s east coast. Investors put money in and borrowers take it out, so one site has to serve both. The team works from Adelaide Street in Brisbane and is led by three directors.
The challenge
One lender talks to two groups with opposite goals, and both have to trust it with large sums.
Two audiences, one home page. Investors want secure returns. Borrowers want a lender that moves fast.
Deals are the proof. A lender is judged on the loans it has written, so recent deals had to be easy to find.
Every deal is different. Each loan has its own story, figures and risk case, and new ones keep coming.
A field that runs on trust. Investors check the security, the licence and the people before they enquire.
What we did
A first step for investors and one for borrowers
The first screen types out “Adaptive wealth built for changing markets.” Under it sit two buttons: “Start investing” and “Borrow with us”.
The Services page keeps the split under “Two ways to work with us”: one side for investors, one for borrowers, each with its own list and button.
The enquiry form on the home page asks one thing first: is this about investing or borrowing.
Recent deals in one table
The Transactions page, headed “An open book.”, lists recent loans in one table: project, loan, LVR, IRR and term.
An “Active now” card shows the deal that is open to investors today, with its loan, LVR, IRR and location.
The same table sits on the home page under “Recent transactions”, with a link to view them all.
A page for every deal, from one CMS template
Each deal opens its own page that tells the story in order: “The Challenge”, “Our Strategy”, “The Outcome” and “What made it a good credit risk?”.
A side panel holds the numbers: valuation, loan, LVR, target investor IRR and location.
All deal pages come from one CMS template, so every new deal follows the same layout.
The proof investors look for
The home page shows the firm’s values, Integrity, Trust and Relationships, next to counters for experience and loans “approved and repaid”.
Two investor reviews sit under “Hear from our satisfied clients”.
The Services page shows the firm’s AFSL number, and the footer links the investor guide and the capability statement.
Scope
Included:
Website design for every page.
Framer build of 10 pages: Home, About, Services, Transactions, Contact, Privacy and four deal pages.
A CMS template for deal pages.
An enquiry form that asks investing or borrowing first.
Desktop and phone layouts.
Not included:
Loan figures, deal stories and reviews: these come from Freehold Wealth.
The investor guide and capability statement: these are Freehold Wealth’s own documents.
Results
The site is live on Framer at freeholdwealth.com.au.
10 pages in total, four of them deal pages built from one CMS template.
The team adds a deal in the CMS and it gets its own page in the same layout, with no developer needed.
Investors and borrowers each find their own button on the first screen.
What we'd improve next
Turn the investor guide into a web page. Today it is a link in the footer. A page with the key terms would answer investor questions before the first call.
Let investors register for new deals. A short sign-up for upcoming opportunities lets the team tell interested investors first, straight from the site.
Add a short FAQ for each side. Investors ask about security and returns, borrowers about speed and loan types. Two FAQ blocks on the Services page would cover both.
Working on something similar?
I design websites in Figma and build them in Framer or Webflow, so your team can edit every page without a developer. Message me here on Contra with your site or Figma file, and I'll reply with a plan and a fixed price.
