Web Design & Development for James Williams Coaching Platform

Client: James Williams Scope: Website UX/UI Audit, Custom Wireframes, Responsive Redesign, Front-End Development, Interactive Components, Kajabi Optimization Timeline: Multi-phase collaboration, 2025

This project came together through a shared interest in doing things better. James welcomed the idea of reviewing his coaching platform and was immediately involved from the very start, focused on delivering more value for his audience.

We started with a full UX and UI website audit where I highlighted areas for the website improvement. We worked with James closely to quickly align on the brand vision and a preferred approach for the build.

Reduce friction across the user journey, provide cross-linked pages experience for increased user engagement

Improve the checkout experience by decreasing the number of checkout steps down to 1

Restructure content for clarity and flow

Make the platform more responsive and accessible across devices

Elevate the brand's feel through motion and detail, within platform constraints

Led the UX and UI audit and translated findings into action

Designed wireframes and developed restructured layouts based on updated content and goals

Designed a range of custom-coded components, including:

Delivered front-end improvements within Kajabi’s framework applying custom development

Once the website relaunch was complete, James engaged me for more creative work, his time to support his content with branded video production, expanding our collaboration even further.

This was a highly collaborative and grounded process, with mutual respect and shared goals leading every step.
