Overview
This case study highlights my work managing Cleva’s social media end to end. My role went beyond posting content to owning strategy, execution, daily community engagement, and ongoing optimization.
The goal was to use social media as a growth and trust channel by clearly explaining Cleva’s products, responding to users in a human and timely way, and supporting launches and campaigns with consistent, benefit-led messaging.
My work covered content planning, copywriting, short-form video direction, trend adaptation, performance tracking, and hands-on community management across Cleva’s social platforms.

As Social Media Manager for Cleva, my responsibilities included:
Developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy aligned with Cleva’s brand and growth goals
Concepting, creating, and publishing high-quality content including reels, stories, posts, and short-form videos
Writing clear, relatable copy for product education, feature updates, and announcements
Maintaining a consistent visual identity and brand voice across platforms
Staying ahead of relevant trends and adapting them in a way that fit Cleva’s tone and audience
Managing comments, DMs, and mentions to build trust, loyalty, and community
Tracking performance metrics, sharing insights, and optimizing content based on what performed best
Collaborating closely with internal teams to support launches, campaigns, and key brand moments
