My focus was to create a Headhunting Brand and a Platform based in México for Companies looking to hire high-ranking positions and users with high-ranking positions seeking employment.
There are many Headhunting and specialized talent acquisition companies on the internet, and competition is high-on demand; how can Monocular Teams stand out from the rest of them? I did some preliminary research, and I discovered there are many pain points, but the two main issues:
I analyzed existing similar companies, newspaper articles, Google trends, and the total audience I was designing for. The data obtained allowed me to validate the problem and better understand it to offer our customers a valuable service.
The high informality of the economy makes it difficult to accurately quantify unemployment in the country, so the INEGI unemployment rate is an approximation.
48% of those surveyed indicate that the company for which they work is committed to strengthening its diversity and inclusion policies.
The changes at work due to the pandemic gave us more flexibility and control over our lives, also more autonomy and freedom to decide how to structure it. I don't think people are willing to go back to the traditional work environment.

I built a fictional representation of our users by creating proto-personas and validating them through statistics and a survey of people related to our users. Finally, I defined the use-personas with their respective empathy and storytelling maps.
