From this point on, I collaborated with our developer for a smooth handoff and testing. The data traveled from SAP to Google Cloud (GCP) and consumed by our web app via API. Also embedded to their SAP C4C CRM environment.
The end result impacted managers, supervisors and over 200 sales agents, helping the organization reach one of their 2024 OKRs.
