I'm not able to write out a case study for every project I've been involved so I'm using this space to quickly give a short synopsis of each.





STOA: Principal Product Designer – Design of a mobile & desktop application for the management of home renovation process with Matterport integration for spatial documentation while doing the renovation walk.

Booster Fuels: Principal Product Designer – Assisted with customer engagement funnels, information architecture and brand re-alignment across all customer touch-points.



MYLO: Co-Founder – Part of the Beta 2020 startup class with a moving and storage platform/marketplace where I did the product design and marketing aspects of the solution. 



FlexEngage: Principal Product Designer - A service design solution for a post purchase digital customer experience, as-well-as admin dashboard to customize campaigns based on user data.



Farmers Business Network: Principal Product Designer - Information architecture and UX design unification under a design system across their mobile applications.



Lowes: Sr. Product UX Designer – Led the strategic design of a modular portal for in-store communication systems



Zebra Technologies: Product Owner - Guided the launch of an enterprise Data as a Service (DaaS) API platform featuring blockchain solutions launched under the internal brand Savanna.



Target/Walmart: Director of Experiences (DoE) – Lead the team creating multiple solutions for Zebra’s SmartLens technology for the retail space, enabling AI enhanced real-time workflow optimization with sensor fusion. See the Case Studies for more.



Target Returns: DoE - As an added bonus to our Asset Protection, Picking, & Yellow Line solutions. Based off of feedback from Targets senior management we decided to throw in a "Returns" application solution. This is that solution...







Zebra SmartLens: DoE - Retailers are faced with an ever changing floor layout, and product locations. The "Recipe Creator" gave them the ability to create If This Then That situations to trigger automated workflows based on location tracking of devices, and RFID tagged products. Here's version one of the proposed solution. BTW, Zebra had to change the name from SmartSense to SmartLens, thanks to Samsung.





Discount Tire: DoE – A digitally assisted service design of the Visit the Vehicle process done with ever customer. This solution is now in 1100+ stores nationwide. See the case study for the details.



Merck: DoE - Re-envisioned the specimen tracking lifecycle to reduce errors, and increase efficiency using RFID sensors, automation, mobile scanning and a centralized desktop application.



UCLA Children’s: DoE – Healthcare dashboard for real-time inventory, asset and staff tracking to optimize operations



Zebra - Price Management Solution: Experiences Team Lead - I was asked to improve the price management workflow that most retailer do on a regular basis using Zebra's solution.



Air Products: Sr. Product Designer – Team lead for an internationally distributed trio of apps for the management of tasks of their mobile delivery fleet, with a huge focus on safety.



FedEx Freight: Sr. Product Designer – The modernization of an existing warehouse loading dock platform and mobile application for logistic management between forklift drives, management, and truckers. The screens below and to the right, is the legacy experience.



Ecolab: Sr. Product Designer – Designed and managed the build of the digital catalog and ordering platform deployed on iPad and sync'ed with a SalesSource backend.



Medtronic: User Experience Lead – Using iFactr (the SaaS platform I co-founded) deployed mSTAR a 500 screen app across 5K+ mobile devices, which was featured by Apple, and was the largest iPad application deployment of 2010, the year of the iPad launch.



AbbVie/SkinMedica: Product Designer – Lead design workshops for a sales team focused mobile solution to be deployed across multiple platforms.

CHS: Product Designer – Designed the mobile application to update farmers on local commodity prices and the ordering and management of goods.

QBE Insurance: Product Designer – Information architecture and UX designer for a crop insurance adjusters mobile app with ESRI mapping and GPS integration.

Pixel DAO: UX Product Designer - A web3 project for a decentralized autonomous organization where I designed and built the web and mobile interface for the organization.



CH Robinson: Product Designer – Team lead for the UX and construction of a trucker booking platform and mobile application, today known as Navisphere.

US Postal Service: Product Designer – Application migration of legacy mobile software (WinCE) to modern mobile device platforms (Android & iOS) with improvements made to the usability of the solution

3M Littmann Stethoscope: Product Designer – Built the UX design and worked alongside the developer on the iOS mobile app that connects to the stethoscope using bluetooth.
