TravlTeam is a sports travel app designed to simplify tournament planning for teams, parents, and coaches. The platform helps users find hotels, restaurants, and venues near tournaments, build weekend plans, and share them instantly with the entire team.

I worked on both the mobile app experience and the marketing landing page.

Tournament travel is often chaotic. Information is scattered across messages, spreadsheets, and booking platforms.

The challenge was to design a system that:

• Centralizes logistics

• Simplifies team coordination

• Feels intuitive for both parents and coaches

• Clearly communicates value through the landing page

• UX architecture for the app

TravlTeam is currently evolving into version 2 with feature improvements and UX refinements. The previous version validated the core product concept, and the platform continues to develop toward a stronger release.

The project established a clear product direction, structured UX system, and cohesive brand experience across app and web.
