Kai is a platform that simplifies large-scale renovation projects through AI-powered planning, scoping, and purchasing. I was responsible for building the Framer site from scratch — translating a complex concept into a clean, interactive experience with CMS flexibility and animation-ready components.

• Created dynamic sticky navbar logic using component overrides

• Developed CMS-driven card system with per-card targeting

• Set max capacity of nav sections (15), and linked them to content visibility

• Built reusable components for FAQs, support, and demos

• Ensured animations were subtle and performance-safe

• Responsive layout with grid structure and UI consistency

• Used soft gradients + structure to support Kai’s brand tone
