Hanni – High-Converting DTC Sales Funnel

🧩 The Challenge

Hanni, a fast-growing DTC skincare brand, wanted to scale its hero product — Hydration Essentials Bundle — through paid traffic. Their existing Shopify product page wasn’t optimized for cold audiences, resulting in high bounce rates and poor ad-to-sale conversion.
Main issues identified:
Traffic from Meta ads wasn’t converting (low CVR < 2%)
Weak storytelling and offer clarity
Minimal use of customer proof or urgency
No guided flow from awareness → purchase
They needed a conversion-optimized sales funnel, built with Replo and designed in Figma, to turn ad clicks into loyal customers.

🧠 The Process

1. Funnel Research & Strategy

2. Figma Wireframing & Design

3. Replo Page Build (Shopify)
Developed the entire sales funnel inside Replo, including:
Hero with before/after visuals
Ingredient credibility section
UGC-driven testimonial blocks
Offer stack with urgency CTA
Integrated bundle selector and sticky “Add to Cart” for frictionless checkout
4. CRO Enhancements
Added “Why Choose Us” section for authority
Showcased social proof from 270,000+ customers
Implemented scarcity triggers (“selling fast”, “limited-time offer”)
Optimized mobile UX for thumb-friendly interactions
