🧩 The Challenge

The client, KATOURA, a fast-growing DTC self-care brand, wanted to boost conversions for their flagship product — Make Him Swim Combo. Despite strong ad creatives and consistent traffic, their default product page wasn’t performing.
Key problems identified:
Low add-to-cart and conversion rate
Weak storytelling structure
No emotional connection or visual proof
Generic layout that failed to guide users toward purchase
They needed a Replo-built landing page engineered for CRO and storytelling, with a strong emotional hook and product education flow.

🧠 The Process

We followed our Conversion Flow™ Framework to redesign the entire journey from ad click → purchase.
1. Research & Figma Wireframing
Analyzed heatmaps and behavior data from existing product page
Identified friction points and drop-off zones
Created low-fidelity wireframes in Figma with a storytelling-driven structure
2. Copy & Visual Storytelling
Crafted benefit-oriented copy that speaks to confidence, freshness, and emotional triggers
Designed brand visuals with a feminine, clean aesthetic to reinforce trust
Used social proof, testimonials, and lifestyle images to humanize the brand
3. Replo Development for Shopify
Built a pixel-perfect landing page in Replo, optimized for speed and mobile
Added modular sections (hero, benefits, usage, comparison, UGC, FAQ) for A/B testing
Integrated sticky CTAs and urgency elements (“Get Freshness Today – Save $4!”)
4. CRO Enhancements
Added dynamic testimonials and UGC video gallery
Highlighted “clean formulation” badges for instant trust
Used contrast colors for call-to-action buttons to improve click-through rate

The final output was a hyper-converting DTC landing page designed to educate, engage, and convert in one scroll.
