Manages HR duties, recruiting capable video editors, attending to website chat/email inquiries, sending sales and campaigns. Spearheading customer-to-editor acquisition, and transition. Ensure editors fulfill customer video requests at the end of the day and post-deployment activities. Reviewing team members’ outputs, subtitling, and other requests/tasks from our clients like graphic designs or revisions before client delivery.

Conducts 1hour long engagement during Fridays to get connected with all of the editors across the Philippines.
