Oversees back-office tasks, including revenue-driven experiments and supporting colleagues with refunds and Pro’s inquiries. My role involves managing billing, overseeing payment collection, and processing refunds through the company’s Stripe account. Aside from that, I also take inbound calls to help our Pros with their inquiries about jobs in the area, credits and disputes.
