Client: Biopharmaceutical Company Project Goal: Provide managers and leadership with high-level metrics offering insights into trends and performance related to contracting.

I collaborated with my UX Team to design the Contracting Summary AI Dashboard, a tool aimed at improving data-driven decision-making for HR and management. The primary goal was to present contracting data in a clear, insightful way while integrating AI-powered analysis for deeper insights.

Discovery Process: Led the initial research phase, gathering insights from key stakeholders to identify pain points and data needs.

UX/UI Design: Designed the complete user interface, including components, design system, and overall look & feel, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.

AI Integration: Implemented AI-powered insights for key metrics, providing users with proactive data analysis and decision support.

Main Dashboard Screen: The central view provides AI-generated insights based on contracting data. Key metrics are visualized using interactive graphs with options to share and export data in CSV format.

AI Insights: Users receive automated insights such as "You are experiencing a 15% drop in contract closures in Q2." These insights help users identify performance trends at a glance.

Q&A Feature: An AI-powered chat section allows users to ask specific questions about contracts, metrics, and trends. The system retrieves data-backed answers for deeper exploration.
