Overview
I led the Discovery process and collaborated closely with Supply Chain Managers to identify pain points and areas for optimization. This project aimed to design a Machine Learning Tool capable of improving the product-matching process by reducing manual effort and enhancing system performance through an AI-optimized model.

Discovery Documentation
I initiated a kick-off workshop with all stakeholders, focusing on aligning business goals, design assumptions, and user needs. To streamline the process, I developed a kanban board to categorize current pain points, business objectives, value propositions and success metrics.
User flow redesign: Created a detailed flowchart showcasing the improved structure of the tool, ensuring a clear and efficient user journey.
