Overview
I led the UX/UI design for a Machine Learning-powered HR tool aimed at streamlining candidate selection processes. The solution analyzes resumes and generates skill-based recommendations, simplifying the decision-making process for project managers and talent specialists.

Discovery Process: Collaborated with data scientists and HR specialists to understand project needs and complex ML outputs.
