Client: Corporate Leadership Tool Project Goal: Build a Gen AI-powered MVP for data-driven decision-making and productivity improvement.

Overview

I led the Discovery process, collaborating with Supply Chain Managers to identify pain points and business needs. The goal was to design an MVP dashboard leveraging Generative AI for C-level executives, operational analysts, and team leaders, enhancing productivity and decision-making.

Discovery Process: Conducted stakeholder interviews to gather insights on data use and pain points.

UX/UI Design: Designed a complete user interface, including components, design system, and interactive elements.

AI Integration: Incorporated Generative AI to provide actionable insights and enhance data interpretation.

Interactive chat feature for querying metrics, trends, and stock data.

CSV export options and data sharing capabilities.

💡 Outcome

The Gen AI-powered MVP successfully demonstrated the potential for data-driven insights and process optimization, enhancing productivity and decision-making for leadership and operational teams.

Mockups

Mockup of the main dashboard screen, where Generative AI provides suggestions based on the data from the database, using dummy data for demonstration purposes. Here, the user will get these AI-driven insights presented alongside graphs, with options to share and download the data in CSV format. Users can also click a link to open the chat feature and ask specific questions about any Gen AI insight. For example, a user might receive an insight like 'You are experiencing a 15% loss in category XX.'

Additionally, I integrated a chat feature within the tool that allows users to interact with the model, ask specific questions about stock, metrics, seasonality, and more, retrieving answers based on historical data.

The user journey highlights how the tool guides users through key steps while integrating Gen AI features like AI Alerts, AI Assistant, and AI Reporting to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
