Project Description
I led the development and architecture of Intel’s Intelligent Point of Sale (IPOS), a web-based desktop application transforming the PC aisle experience for retailers. Installed in over 4,000 Walmart stores in the U.S., the software enables dynamic, interactive presentations of PCs, scaling across multiple platforms, browsers, and languages. I moved quickly to adapt my web expertise to offline desktop environments and eventually led the full program, managing front-end, back-end, and DevOps teams to deliver a high-quality, scalable solution that outperformed Microsoft’s competing product.
