VibraTech (Hired a team of 20+ commission sellers in 3 months)
Most recently, worked with a healthcare tech company called VibraTech that sold healthcare products across the USA. They were faced with a unique challenge that they needed to hire a bulk of commission based sellers.
They make their money through trade shows throughout the United States, so naturally commission based sellers were more interested in these type of opportunities.
There was not a handbook on how to hire commission based sellers in such a hurry, but I created an effective system where I was able to hire approx. 2-3 candidates per week, and 20 candidates in total at the end of month 2. It was an incredible success, as most of the sellers went on to making revenue for VibraTech.
This project is to showcase how versatile I am. I do a lot of engineering recruiting, but can also do sales recruiting if need be.
