Coolwe is a clothing brand that designs clothes for the GENZ audience. They sell t-shirts & Hoodies, and their main target was 16-20 years old anime and manga lovers. But their Instagram has been dead when I took over. Here is how we revived it.
The Process
Posting consistently- One thing they stopped was posting, so we made a calendar of all the ideas, and trends & started pushing 5-7 reels a week.
Competitor Analysis- The best way to market is to know what your competitors are up to, we did extensive research on all their potential competition and came up with updated campaigns.
Following up with trends- One thing that Genz loves the most after their Slangs are trends, So we gave them all the trending and it grabbed their attention.
Engaging Stories- Stories have huge potential to revive Instagram & we started giving offers, started creating giveaways, and asking questions with interactive stickers to keep our audience interested.
Influencer Marketing- Influencer marketing is the best ROI-driven marketing, we used influencer marketing to generate more than 50k views within a month.
Engaging with ideal customers- We started replying to comments promptly and engaging with competitors' pages to establish a presence and it has worked tremendously, our profile views went up and we started getting their customers too.
