Hook- Want to get a 10-15 LPA package in 2023 without any coding experience? This line grabs the attention and invokes the desire for new graduates, and professionals looking to upskill themselves which is my target audience.
Provide Value- Virality is good because you get reach, but you need something more, so create Valuable Virality where you get reach, followers, likes shares, and credibility. This reel talked about how some can learn a skill that can help them get a better job even when they don't know to code.
CTA- a clear call to action in this reel was to "save it for later" because save is A new LIKE metric for Instagram. It will push to more audience.

And we weren't even surprised when it became close to 1m views, what we liked the most is, this reel gave us more than 15k followers within 30 days and hence I would say mission accomplished.
