Movo is an innovative platform designed to simplify task management and enhance team collaboration across projects. The redesigned experience focuses on enabling teams to work more efficiently and intuitively in a dynamic workspace.

Our Role I re-imagined Movo’s core user experience with a focus on a scalable dashboard, task flows, and seamless linking of related issues.

Strategy: Collaboration with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.

User Research: Identified pain points in current workflows to inform the redesign.

UI/UX Design: Crafted a clean, scalable interface tailored for diverse team structures.

Design System: Established consistent visual elements for long-term scalability.

To streamline user workflows, we revamped the task flow process with features like linked tasks and dependencies, ensuring that teams could efficiently prioritize and track progress. This would appear as a popup within the dashboard, enabling users to easily link tasks without leaving their dashboard. My improvements included clear visuals and intuitive pathways for adding related tasks or sub-issues.

We created a dynamic dashboard that serves as the hub for all project activities, offering customizable views, real-time updates, and actionable insights to empower team decision-making. This redesign addressed user frustrations with clutter and inefficiency, resulting in a more cohesive workspace.

Through close collaboration with Movo’s team, we refined the project setup experience. This included integrating user-defined goals, enabling smoother onboarding, and aligning workflows with actionable project insights.

Our design system centered on accessibility and scalability. We developed a visual identity with light blue and grey accents, maintaining a modern aesthetic while ensuring functionality through clear element states and interaction patterns.
