Building a Connected Client Onboarding Workflow in Keap

This real estate investment company needed a new onboarding workflow for qualified clients. Each required step had to happen in order, with the completion of one action triggering the next set of instructions and reminders.

I built the Keap campaigns, emails, forms, tags, and triggers that controlled the onboarding process. The workflow also connected the company’s WordPress inquiry form, DocuSign documents, OnceHub scheduling, and Podio CRM.

Because Podio and Keap did not communicate directly, I used Zapier to pass the necessary information between the two systems and keep the client’s progress synchronized throughout the workflow. Once a lead was qualified, the remaining onboarding steps moved forward without manual follow-up.
