The stuff you live in; Point Collection Fall 2023 Launch
Point Collection is a minimalistic women's clothing company that designs basic tops, skirts, and dresses for day-to-day fashion. This project encompassed launching the website's Fall 2023 collection in small drops/collections with email marketing to help hype the launch and increase sales.
The website was pre-built to be simple and easy to navigate from the development team. My role served as sales manager, inventory manager, and regularly checking out of stock items and what is best and low selling.

Insights: Weekly Sales Flow (Shopify) + Email Open Rates (Klaviyo)
As the collection launched their drops and pieces, the company saw weekly $8-10K with a conversion on average 3.5-4% a week due to high demand of the products. With holidays around the corner, customers were buying clothing to gift to their families and to wear at special occasions. Email open rates were on average 55-60% open rates with 1% bounce backs and regular sales conversions on average $1.5K-3K.

Conclusion
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the data anymore to show comparison of QTD and LQTD however, when communicating with the team and other departments, this collection was a step up from what the company had done in the past which resulted to high sales, higher demands, and more man power to increase sales and traffic.
