A niche customer base means launching a website suited to everyday women's fashion
The Gallery Collection is a womens fashion boutique based out of New Jersey. The company focuses on modest shoppers and provides a unique array of clothing collections from several in-house brands that cater to the shoppers' fashion needs. The Gallery Collection's website launched in 2023 and I was their full-time ecommerce manager who oversaw the initial launch, collection drops, sales, and overall copyright throughout the site.
Note: This was strictly ecommerce management on their inventory, collection drops, copyrighting for product info, and monitoring best and low sellers.

Product listing 101: feature unique model photos and write creatively as if you're speaking to your customers
Shoppable blog posts to increase sales
We used flatlay images and reels to showcase what the model is wearing. The customer base always loved to shop complete looks so why not create a blog that feels like you're on a regular social media app and looking through looks and styles?
Other responsibilities and reflection
Along the front end of the website, I also took care of the inventory, SKU's, and communicated with the team on best and low sellers per month and quarter. I assisted with sales meetings and helped our designers and production team as well with high return volume reports and customer feedback. Overall, I served as the ecommerce manager + more by collaborating creatively and positively with the whole team to ensure the company streamlined their collections, new arrivals, and overall management of the website.
