2️⃣ Job Advertisement Posting & Resume Review ──────────────────────────────────── • Create and post detailed job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates. • Review incoming resumes meticulously, assessing qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles. • Screen resumes for keywords and critical skills to narrow down the best candidates for interviews.
3️⃣ Scheduling & Conducting Video Interviews ──────────────────────────────────── • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. • Conduct video interviews, evaluating candidates on both technical expertise and cultural fit. • Provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers, facilitating decision-making and improving the overall interview experience.
