AresCE (Cryptocurrency Exchange) is a cryptocurrency exchange app that offers an intuitive experience for users of all skill levels. The goal of the project was to create a targeted UX/UI design that was easy to use for beginners but robust enough for veterans.

Great consideration was shown to the brand and the target audience to gain a better understanding of what the project requirements. Firstly, extensive research was carried out to understand the pain points of users across various platforms and gain insight into how we could innovate within the niche. Lastly, graphic design fundamentals were followed alongside mobile design standards for iOS to create our final design.

The first step was to analyze aspects of the project to get a clear picture of the full project scope. This phase is also where research was carried out to inform the design going forward.

With the project scope documented, I began brainstorming some creative solutions alongside various other considerations—for this project I also included a user flow to help get an idea of how the user experience might feel.

After sketching a few ideas, we settled on some ideas and began creating wireframes for the pages. These wireframes create a framework for the basic elements of our final design.

Using the wireframes, I designed the final mockups complete with color, typography, and imagery that met project expectations. From here, the project was complete with a basic set of mobile page design, compelling branding, and everything packaged nicely, ready for development!
