Project Overview

This project involved creating 180+ engaging social media posts to boost conversions and brand engagement. I led the design process and created style templates for each month—autumn leaves for November or spiderwebs for October. Alongside this, I also created engaging, on-brand copy for each post with enough keyword density for higher engagement.

The Process

My process for creating social media posts can be broken down into 3 core elements:
Analysis - This step involves an in-depth look at the brand, the audience, and some of the goals for the project. This is an important step that really helps to keep the design process in line with the intended result. I will also perform market and competitor analysis at this step to help make more informed design decisions.
Ideation - This step is where I let creativity take the reins and start brainstorming some creative ideas for the project. Depending on the project, I will use a number of techniques to generate ideas including mind maps, mood boards, classic sketching, and art immersion. At the end of this step, I will have a number of ideas that can be used as templates/frameworks for different types of posts and content pillars.
Final Designs - Here I will take the design templates and start creating posts based on those—using the templates I created as a base helps to make sure the posts feel unified. Once the designs are completed, I will proceed to create engaging captions/copy for the posts, incorporating keywords and hashtags to improve their performance. Afterward, the ongoing process involves using analytics to tweak and improve the posts over time.
