Mobile App & Dashboard re-design

During my time at MeetFrank as a Lead Product Designer, I had the opportunity to work remotely from Spain and lead the redesign of the company's mobile app and desktop dashboard. Despite the challenges that come with working remotely, I was able to successfully reshape the product in a short period of time, achieving significant results in just 4 months.

One of my biggest achievements was leading the redesign of MeetFrank's apps. To do this, I worked closely with a team of two other designers, providing guidance and support on design topics. I also collaborated with the development team to ensure designs were implemented accurately and efficiently. With this approach, we were able to deliver the redesigned apps in just two months.

The redesign resulted in increased user engagement and user retention, which was a significant achievement for MeetFrank. This was achieved by creating a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easier for users to find relevant job opportunities with clear filter sections and optimizing key job description insights.

Another significant achievement was improving the client's experience through the desktop dashboard. Working on user research and gathering feedback, we identified areas where clients were struggling to find the right talent for the job and not getting noticed in the job offer pool. My team and I worked on re-designing the dashboard's layout and rethinking key information placement. These iterations, resulted in a much more satisfied client experience, bringing value to the product and demonstrating the benefits of putting the user at the center of the design process.

Throughout the redesign process, I faced several challenges. One of the main challenges was working with a limited budget and resources to make design improvements. This meant that I had to be creative and innovative with my approach, finding ways to deliver high-quality design solutions without breaking the bank.

Another challenge was adapting to the fast-paced environment of a startup, where priorities can change quickly. I had to be flexible and adaptable, quickly shifting my focus to new priorities and ensuring that design projects were aligned with the overall business strategy.

Despite these challenges, I was able to achieve significant results in a short period of time, thanks to my experience working with SaaS products and using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. I also had the opportunity to work closely with both the CEO and CTO of the company, aligning design goals with the overall business strategy.

In conclusion, my time at MeetFrank was an exciting and challenging experience, and I am proud of what I achieved as a Lead Product Designer. Through collaboration with my team, I was able to successfully reshape the product, improve the user experience, and achieve significant results in a short period of time.
