Working as a Product Designer at Tendam in a team of three designers for over a year has been a fantastic experience. We were a tight-knit team that worked collaboratively to create and improve designs for the company's brands, including Women'Secret, Springfield, Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Hoss Intropia, Fifty, and Dash & Stars. I enjoyed working with my teammates as we shared our ideas and feedback, ensuring that our designs were of high quality and met the standards set by the company.

One of our significant accomplishments as a design team was the restructuring of the Design System applied to all of the company's fashion brands. It was an exciting project that required a lot of hard work and dedication. As a team, we worked tirelessly to ensure that the design system was flexible enough to accommodate different brands while maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all of them. We collaborated with stakeholders from different teams, including marketing, production, and development, to ensure that the implementation of the design system was done correctly.

As a Product Designer, I played a crucial role in creating and improving designs for new and existing products. My teammates and I applied Agile Methodology and Design Thinking, focusing on creating designs that were not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. We worked closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders, to ensure that the final product met the customer's needs and was produced efficiently.

Throughout our work, we maintained a friendly and supportive environment, encouraging each other to be creative and push boundaries. We celebrated our successes and learned from our mistakes, continuously improving our design process. As a team, we were committed to staying up to date with the latest design trends and techniques, ensuring that our designs were innovative and fresh.

Overall, my time working as a Product Designer in a team of three designers at Tendam has been a fulfilling experience. I am proud of the work that we have accomplished, including the restructuring of the Design System, and I look forward to applying these skills to future design projects. Working at Tendam has been an exciting journey that has allowed me to grow as a designer and work with a team of talented and friendly individuals.
