Project Overview
Veldero is a mobile-first food ordering and dispatch platform that allows users to order meals from restaurants and send parcels between locations in one seamless experience.
As the Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design across four core modules:
Dispatch Rider App — delivery assignments, navigation, QR confirmation, and earnings
Vendor (Restaurant) App — order management, menu management, promotions, and payouts
Admin Panel — platform operations, order monitoring, rider/vendor management, analytics, and issue resolution
The goal was to design a scalable, intuitive system that balances speed for customers, clarity for riders and vendors, and control for administrators.

Built for Scale and Clarity
Veldero was designed as a multi-role delivery system, focused on speed, trust, and operational efficiency. The work reflects my approach to building products that solve real problems through clear systems and thoughtful design.
