Fobbspay: Simplifying Global Currency Transactions

Project Overview: Fobbspay is a cutting-edge fintech platform designed to make sending and converting money across different currencies effortless. Our goal was to develop a user-friendly web application that ensures secure, swift, and straightforward international transactions.​

My Role: As the lead UI/UX designer, I was responsible for crafting an intuitive interface that enhances user experience. My tasks included:​

Conducting user research to understand pain points in existing money transfer services.​

Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes.​

Collaborating with the development team to implement responsive designs.​

Testing and refining the interface based on user feedback.​

Challenges & Solutions: One significant challenge was ensuring compliance with international financial regulations while maintaining a seamless user experience. By integrating compliance measures into the user journey transparently, we upheld security without compromising usability.​

Outcome: The result is a robust platform that has streamlined currency exchanges for thousands of users worldwide, receiving positive feedback for its simplicity and reliability.​
