"Proverbs" is a sermon series at BBSO church designed to convey wisdom from the Book of Proverbs. The aim was to create a cohesive visual identity to enhance the sermon experience across various media formats and provide reusable assets for consistent weekly use.

My Role
As the lead designer, I was responsible for crafting the overall branding for the series, aligning the visual style with the contemplative and instructional nature of the sermons.
Issues I Had to Fix:
The main issue was developing a cohesive branding style that could be reused and adapted across multiple sermons within the series. This involved creating templates and assets that remained engaging and relevant while ensuring that the visual branding was consistent each week. I focused on crafting an identity that could easily convey the theme of each sermon while maintaining the series’ overall aesthetic.

Design Proposals: Presented 2-3 sample concepts for the branding, focusing on different interpretations of the series’ themes.
Customization: Refined the selected concept, adjusting colors, typography, and elements to align fully with the series’ messaging.
Style Guide Development: Created a style guide with instructions on colors, fonts, and image treatments to ensure consistency.
Asset Creation: Designed all graphics and video elements to be easily implemented for live and online environments.
User-Friendly Templates: Developed an intuitive, customizable template that non-technical team members could easily update for future use.
This process resulted in a flexible and engaging visual branding package that could be seamlessly integrated into BBSO’s weekly sermon presentations, enhancing the series' in-person and online impact.
