SunMed's CFO was running a private debt offering by hand: emailing agreements, tracking investors in a spreadsheet and building each closing packet himself.
What I built
An investor pipeline in Airtable with an interest form
PandaDoc connected through Make
One click sends the right pre-filled subscription packet
A second click sends the full closing packet after funding
Results
Handles three investor types
In use through the close
The investor pipeline from interest to funded, with the public interest form investors fill in.
One click sends the subscription packet, and the closing packet goes out after funding.
