Hands anything uncertain to an underwriter in one click
A knowledge base that updates from a shared folder of the bank's documents

13,000+ questions answered since February 2025
FredBot answers a loan officer in Slack, with the guides it used.
Each answer lists its sources and offers a one-click escalation to a human.
Escalated questions land in an underwriter channel, where someone claims them.
