What I built
FixedItFlow, a mobile-first web app with three roles
Recurring compliance tasks scheduled automatically, with logbooks
Care staff report problems with a building passkey, no account needed
Clean on-time reports for surveyors, with an audit log

68 tasks migrated
227 rooms loaded
Kickoff to working demo in 7 weeks
Every scheduled task across the buildings: due, open, overdue and completed.
On-time compliance by building and by task, ready for surveyors.
Recurring task definitions that schedule themselves, with regulatory tags.
Care team access: each building group gets a passkey, so staff can report problems without an account.
