The problem
Noble TeleHealth collected provider availability in one tool and rebuilt the weekly schedule by hand in another.
What I built
One Airtable base, run by one or two admins
A weekly availability form for providers
A script that builds the shift slots
A dashboard that shows who hasn't submitted and which hours are uncovered before the schedule goes out
Results
Replaced 2 tools
Delivered in 4 weeks
The weekly shift schedule with an uncovered slot flagged, next to the availability form providers fill in on their phone.
The admin dashboard: who still needs to submit, hours available vs. scheduled, and gaps by day.
