The problem
A recruiting firm ran intake, screening, client updates and contracts across about a dozen tools.
What I built
ProducifyX Connect: one login that sends the team to an admin panel and clients to a simple portal
A workflow builder the team runs themselves, with emails, SMS and video interviews on each stage
One-way video interviews with AI scoring
Client-facing pipelines
Built-in e-signature that replaced two outside tools

Pipeline templates with stages the client can see and approve.
The workflow builder: a new applicant gets an email, a video interview and an SMS on its own.
Built-in e-signature: place fields on a contract template and send it for signing.
