AI Order Agent, Wholesale Portal & Food Traceability
Isaac Harmon
The problem
A London ice cream maker took wholesale orders by email in every format and ran on spreadsheets, paper and a pile of tools.
What I built
An AI agent that reads the wholesale inbox, matches customers' shorthand to real products and creates the order
A custom wholesale portal
Production, traceability, kitchen checks and finance moving into one Unstack workspace
Trace and recall in seconds
Results
290 orders created by the agent
3,500+ orders migrated
388 customer locations
Goods in: every delivery gets a lot number, with supplier batch and checks recorded.
The production plan: what to make this week from open orders and stock.
Trace and recall: follow a lot back to its suppliers and forward to every customer.
