MERAKI is an Argentinian brand promoting eco-friendly habits through sustainable design and community education. With “Pequeños hábitos, grandes cambios” as its motto, the brand stands for sustainability, equity, and awareness.
In collaboration with Cultural Factory, we worked to strengthen MERAKI’s digital presence through social media content and storytelling — aiming to grow its audience while keeping a cohesive and purpose-driven narrative.
We focused on community-driven storytelling, crafting content that highlighted sustainability insights, customer reviews, and behind-the-scenes stories. UGC assets were directed to feel authentic and remain timeless — still used today by MERAKI and its partners.
Performance was tracked and optimized, achieving 7–10% average engagement and consistent organic growth of 1K followers per month, reaching 70K by 2022.
As the brand expanded, we partnered with their marketing team and CEO to design a custom B2B platform — improving wholesale operations with tailored wireframes, dynamic pricing, and onboarding flows.
The collaboration helped MERAKI establish a unified brand voice and deepen its connection with its audience. The B2B platform streamlined operations and positioned the brand for regional expansion, while social and content efforts transformed MERAKI into a recognized reference in sustainable living and conscious design.
