BONOXS — Global Rebrand and Performance Design System

BONOXS—formerly EGB—is a digital platform that connects gamers across Latin America, Egypt, and India through gift card e-commerce, payments, and community-driven rewards. In 2021, we partnered with the brand to lead a full-scale transformation: from a utility-driven startup into a bold, energetic, user-focused company that speaks directly to Gen Z and gaming culture. The mission: reimagine their brand, build an identity system that could scale globally, and create assets to support aggressive performance and community growth across regions.

Solution: We developed a complete brand ecosystem—from the BONOXS name and visual identity to motion assets, characters, 3D renders, and paid campaign visuals. The rebrand embraced a high-contrast, modular, expressive visual language rooted in gaming and youth culture.
Our work covered branding, influencer toolkits, landing pages, paid media campaigns, and social media strategy. We created high-performing assets that were localized for markets like LATAM, Egypt, and India, while maintaining a cohesive identity. Our influencer marketing kits reached over 780K users, and all visual assets were built for both in-house and regional re-use.

Approach: Our approach was rooted in community and performance. We designed with the gamer in mind—balancing bold aesthetics with UX clarity and platform-native content formats. We worked closely with the BONOXS team to build systems that moved fast: responsive landing pages, modular email marketing templates, dynamic motion graphics, and branded content that scaled across social and paid media. Influencer kits and regional campaigns were designed for easy adaptation, amplifying reach without losing brand integrity. We used color, rhythm, and motion to connect across cultures and platforms.
Impact: The BONOXS rebrand and performance design system significantly elevated the company’s market presence, user experience, and scalability across LATAM, Egypt, and India. By translating the brand into a bold, modular, and culturally adaptable identity-paired with high-performing assets and UI updates-we helped BONOXS grow from a functional gift card platform into a recognizable player in the gaming and fintech space.
With a 48% average quarter-over-quarter growth rate in 2024, 45% increase in TPV, and over 10M impressions across social channels, the rebrand drove measurable gains in engagement, partner visibility, and user loyalty. The new system also empowered internal teams and regional partners to scale the brand consistently and efficiently—laying the foundation for continued international expansion.
