BRIEF: MINGA is a creative agency based in Argentina that needed a bold, flexible brand identity to express its collaborative, socially driven spirit. We were first brought on to design their original identity and visual system. In 2025, following the agency’s growth and evolution, they asked us to lead a brand refresh - updating the identity to reflect new nuances in tone, scale, and positioning.

TOOLS: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Framer, After Effects.

SOLUTION: We developed a modular, expressive design system anchored in strong typography, vivid color, and custom graphic elements that adapt across digital and physical touchpoints. The 2025 update involved refining tone, expanding the brand's visual vocabulary, and building more robust usage guidelines to support content, motion and internal communications. The result is a more mature yet still playful identity that scales with the agency's evolving footprint.

We worked on polishing Minga's website (images, texts, videos), business cards, integrating Minga's Spotify Podcast, updating social media content and designing stickers to distribute to clients and partners.

Approach. Keep and enhance the idea of collective work: mixing vibrant colours of the original palette to divide web sections and apply to business cards, play with subtle animations to keep the brand alive, make use of both graphic and video resources to.

Our work was rooted in understanding Minga's culture as open, adaptable, and purpose-led. The original identity captured that energy through expressive, accesible visuals. For the refresh, we maintained that foundation while elevating the system for clarity, consistency, and versatility - balancing structure with creativity to reflect who Minga is today and where they're headed next.
