My Role I was in charge of the whole experience definition. I designed the user flows, high-fidelity screens as well as the interactive prototypes of the desktop, responsive and mobile (app) versions for both types of users: owners and building administrators.

The main features owners could find are amenities reservation, incident registration & tracking, payment history, and building finances.
