Designing an intuitive Dashboard for HR & Analytics Platform
My Role
I worked on this Dashboard to optimize the data visualization HR managers would have about survey results and leaders' action plans. The main objective was to make it simple, clear and actionable.
I conducted user testing with 5 HR managers and iterated the designs based on the feedback received. I also proposed some company recommendations based on similar results, which were really well perceived.
