Problem: Recruitment teams faced challenges in managing candidate communications and scheduling interviews effectively. The existing systems lacked automation and integration, leading to time-consuming manual efforts and missed opportunities. Communication bottlenecks, inefficient scheduling, and a lack of centralisation in candidate tracking hindered the overall recruitment process, making it difficult to scale and optimise workflows. Solution: We developed a no-code Recruitment Communication System using Bubble.io to automate and streamline recruitment workflows. The platform integrates with existing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and automates candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection. Real-time SMS and email notifications powered by Twilio ensure timely updates, while a centralized dashboard provides recruiters with a seamless view of candidate status and interactions. The solution is scalable to accommodate growing recruitment teams and evolving hiring needs. Output: The recruitment communication system significantly improved team efficiency by automating manual tasks and reducing scheduling errors. With automated candidate communication, the process became more timely and consistent, reducing delays. The central dashboard provided recruiters with better visibility into candidate pipelines, enabling faster decision-making and a smoother hiring process.
