Project Summary
The Lead Relay is a gamified lead management system designed to increase engagement and follow-through in sales teams. By introducing leaderboards, performance scoring, and visual progress tracking, the platform transforms traditional CRM workflows into an interactive and motivating experience.
The Challenge
Most CRM systems are excellent at tracking leads but do little to motivate sales teams to consistently follow up. Agents often see pipelines as administrative tasks rather than opportunities, leading to low engagement and missed conversions. There was no visibility into performance, no recognition for effort, and no sense of momentum within the sales process.
The Solution
We built Lead Relay on Bubble as a gamified layer on top of lead management workflows. The platform includes real-time leaderboards, a performance scoring engine, and visual progress tracking that allow agents to monitor their activity and compare performance with peers.
Agents can view their personal lead pipelines and conversion progress through individual dashboards, while managers can track team-wide metrics such as active leads, conversion rates, and top performers. The system awards points for successful actions, highlights milestones with badges, and updates leaderboards in real time to create friendly competition.
The Outcome
Lead management shifted from a routine task to an engaging team competition. Sales agents actively tracked their progress, celebrated wins, and stayed more consistent with follow-ups. As engagement increased, CRM usage improved and lead follow-through rose by approximately 50%.
