Designing a site refresh for a $1 billion revenue company as they prepare to IPO.
5 years after launching the brand and $1 billion in sales later, Skims' website was starting to feel stale.  The executive team brought me in to design a refreshed look for the site.  Taking into concern stakeholder feedback, sitewide analytics, performance data, customer behaviour, user testing, and development bandwidth, I created a simple, clean, refreshed look for skims.com
The site refresh is in development, set to be released in early 2025.
