The Challenge
1. Merge three power features—custom AI creation, swarm “echo-chamber” group chats, and a Perplexity-style “Zap” assistant—into one familiar messenger UI. 2. Guide non-technical users through agent onboarding (model choice, knowledge base, permissions) in < 3 min. 3. Keep the interface fast and legible while loading real-time Solana wallet data and AI responses.

People, agents, and echo-chambers share one list; chain icon + unread Zap badge for context.
Users never hunt for the “right” chat mode—activation ↑ 18 %.
Agent Builder Flow
4-step wizard: avatar → model & skills → knowledge upload → permissions.

Echo-Chamber Design
Radial header avatars + color-coded AI replies; swipe in/out to adjust swarm size.
