The Problem:

GlamWithTitomi offers luxury, personalized makeup services but their website didn’t reflect that experience. Users struggled to understand service options, compare offerings, and trust the brand enough to book. The site lacked clarity, strong trust signals, and a smooth mobile experience, leading to high drop-offs and missed conversions.

I kicked things off with research analysing competitor beauty brands, reviewing site analytics, and speaking directly with customers to understand how people actually choose and book makeup services. This helped uncover key friction points around navigation, pricing clarity, and trust. From there, I mapped out a clear UX strategy focused on simplicity, storytelling, and a premium, mobile-first experience.

I designed and built a sleek, mobile-first website that brings GlamWithTitomi’s luxury, high-touch service online. Services were reorganized into clear, intuitive categories and paired with bold visuals and confident messaging. The interface features clean navigation, strong calls-to-action, social proof, and an easy booking flow making it effortless for users to explore, trust, and book.

The new site increased form submissions and improved lead quality. Mobile engagement rose, bounce rates dropped, and users spent more time exploring services especially those arriving from Instagram. Most importantly, the website now feels as premium, polished, and personal as the GlamWithTitomi experience itself.
